Is Chair just an appointment calendar?
No. The calendar is one part. Chair also runs your live queue, checkout, client history, professional schedules and capacity, products and stock, packages, memberships, WhatsApp follow-ups and reports.
Are memberships, packages or reports held back for a higher plan?
No. There is one plan, Chair One, and every salon gets every feature. You only pay more when you add another branch.
Can my team use Chair?
Yes. Each location includes the owner plus 2 team accounts, as admins or staff. The owner controls who can change prices, services, settings and team access.
Does Chair take payments from my clients?
Chair records how each bill was paid: cash, UPI, card, or a split across two methods. You keep collecting money the way you do today.
Does Chair create GST bills?
Yes. Set up your GST details once and Chair works out the GST on every eligible bill. You can download your GST bills each month for reconciliation. Chair is not a full accounting or tax-filing system.
Which WhatsApp messages are included?
Every month: 1,000 reminders, bills & thank-yous and 200 offers & “We miss you” messages, plus WhatsApp Assistant replies. Each extra branch adds 500 and 100. Need more offers? Packs of 250, 500 or 1,000 never expire. We set up your WhatsApp templates with you during onboarding.
What can Chair Concierge do?
It answers questions about your services, prices, hours and memberships from your real Chair data, checks live availability, and books confirmed appointments straight into Chair. Cancelling or rescheduling an existing booking is still handled by your team in Chair.
I have more than one salon. Does Chair work for me?
Yes. Each extra branch is ₹1,000/month and you can switch between locations from one login. For now, each branch uses its own WhatsApp number.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
Nothing happens automatically. There is no card on file and no automatic payment. If you want to continue, Chair One is ₹1,999/month, all-inclusive, with the price fixed for 12 months. Your data stays safe either way.
