Does Chair handle walk-ins as well as appointments?
Yes. Add a walk-in straight to the queue or book a future time. Both appear on the Today board, and each client moves from booked or waiting to in progress to paid.
How does Chair stop double-booking?
Available times come from your opening hours, holidays, service durations, how many chairs, beds or rooms you have, and each professional’s schedule and days off. Chair only offers a slot that can really happen.
Can several staff use it at the same time?
Yes. The Today board updates live on every device. If two people change the same appointment, Chair notices and asks the second person to reload instead of overwriting.
Can clients book on WhatsApp?
Yes. Chair Concierge answers clients on WhatsApp, checks live availability and books a confirmed appointment straight into Chair. Changing or cancelling an existing appointment is still done by your team in Chair.
Does Chair have an online booking page?
Every salon gets a shareable page with its services, prices, hours and contact details. Bookings come through your team or through Concierge on WhatsApp; the page itself does not take bookings yet.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Chair runs in the browser on phones, tablets and computers, so the front desk and the owner see the same day wherever they are.
