Which WhatsApp messages does Chair send automatically?
Appointment reminders before each booking, a thank-you with the bill after checkout, and “we miss you” messages to clients who have not visited in a while. Offers are prepared in Chair and sent when you choose.
How many WhatsApp messages are included?
Chair One includes 1,000 reminders, bills and thank-yous and 200 offers and “we miss you” messages every month. Each extra branch adds 500 and 100. More offers come in packs of 250 for ₹449, 500 for ₹799 or 1,000 for ₹1,499, and packs never expire.
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
Chair handles the setup with you during the in-person onboarding. Each branch needs its own WhatsApp number, and messages start once your salon’s WhatsApp templates are approved.
Can clients book appointments on WhatsApp?
Yes. Chair Concierge checks live availability and creates a confirmed booking in Chair after the client clearly agrees to a time. Cancelling or rescheduling an existing appointment is still done by your team.
Will Concierge make up prices or slots?
No. It answers from your services, prices, hours, memberships and live calendar in Chair, and only confirms a time that is really free.
Can I send offers to all my clients at once?
You can prepare an offer for the right group of clients in Chair and send it with one click. Sending is always your decision; Chair does not run campaigns on its own.
